Document Copying: total costs are based on several key factors, including travel, accommodation, and photography permit costs; the number of archives, libraries, or record offices that need to be visited; the number, size, and complexity of the materials that need to be copied; and archive restrictions on advance ordering and document delivery.
Smart Transcription prices adjust depending on the service that you choose - Standard or Premium - and the total number of files in your project, meaning that larger projects benefit from progressively lower rates (see table below). For the purposes of Transcription:

The Standard service includes an AI-generated transcription, a light manual check, and a basic paragraph structure.

The Premium service includes all the features offered in the Standard service plus full proofreading, fixed layouts, and style consistency.

A file is defined as a single image, such as a scanned page or a photo of a document, and is priced individually.

If your documents contain extensive hard-to-read handwritten notes, poor quality or blurred photographs, or intricate formatting (e.g., multi-layered tables, diagrams, or specialised notations), please contact us for a custom assessment and pricing tailored to your specific needs.

Simple payment procedures
Payment is only requested once all aspects of the service have been agreed upon and arranged. An invoice will be emailed to you along with detailed payment instructions. We accept various payment methods, including credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.
For international customers, we also offer secure payments through Stripe, Wise, PayPal, and similar platforms that allow for easy and safe transactions in multiple currencies. This ensures that you can make payments seamlessly, regardless of your location.
If required, we are also happy to be set up as a vendor on your university’s payment system.
